Terms of Service

By using PacificWest Football, you agree to these terms and the league rules provided by your commissioner. Access is personal, invitation-based, and may be withdrawn when an account is inactive or misused.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share access, attempt to view another participant's protected picks before reveal time, interfere with the service, or submit misleading information.

Picks, deadlines, and eligibility

Entry is free. PacificWest sponsors $60 in weekly prizes: $30 for first, $20 for second, and $10 for third. A complete card must be submitted by the league deadline to qualify; payment status does not affect scoring or prizes. If fewer than three entries qualify, only occupied prize places are awarded. The commissioner may correct data-provider errors and will record material overrides in the audit history.

NFL and college picks use the frozen spread; pushes earn no point. Equal point totals are ranked by the selected Monday Night Football game's predicted final score, without applying the spread: predictions that stay at or below both final team scores come first, followed by the smallest sum of the two score errors. Exact ties use alphabetical name order.

Automated sports data

Schedules, lines, rankings, and scores come from third-party providers and may be delayed or corrected. The app is an administrative aid; the commissioner's verified record controls if automated data conflicts with an official result.

Availability and changes

The service is provided for league administration and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or provider outages. Features or these terms may change when necessary, with material changes communicated to participants.
