Privacy Policy

PacificWest Football hosts private, invitation-based football pools. This policy explains the limited information used to operate participating leagues.

Information we collect

We store your name, email address, sign-in identifier, weekly picks, tiebreaker predictions, submission times, standings, and necessary security or administrative audit records. Microsoft and Google sign-in provide only the basic account information you approve, such as your name and email address.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate participants, manage invitations and eligibility, freeze and record picks, calculate results, communicate league activity, prevent misuse, and maintain an auditable tournament record.

Service providers

The app relies on Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Google for optional sign-in, and sports-data providers for schedules, lines, and scores. We do not sell participant information or use it for advertising.

Access, retention, and security

League information is available only to authenticated, approved participants and commissioners according to their roles. We use encrypted connections, restricted server credentials, and database row-level security. Records are retained while needed to administer the league and its historical results. You may request account deactivation or deletion, subject to records reasonably needed for league integrity.
